What is EstateDeal24?
EstateDeal24 is a real estate platform for Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia. Find apartments, houses, villas, commercial spaces and land for sale or rent – offered by private owners, agents and developers.
Is it free for property seekers?
Yes. Searching, viewing listings and contacting advertisers is free. No account is required.
Is EstateDeal24 an agent or seller?
No. EstateDeal24 is a platform that connects seekers and advertisers. Any purchase or rental agreement is made directly between you and the advertiser.
Search & Contact
How do I find the right property?
On the homepage choose “For Sale” or “For Rent”, then select country, city, category and your budget. Use “Advanced” for more criteria.
How do I contact an advertiser?
Open the listing and click “Send Message”, “Email” or “WhatsApp”. Your request goes directly to the advertiser.
What does “Price upon request” mean?
The advertiser has not published a fixed price. Simply ask for the price using the contact options in the listing.
Can I visit a property?
Yes. Arrange a viewing directly with the advertiser. We recommend visiting every property in person before making any payment.
Listing a property
How do I list my property?
Register for free, log in and click “Add Property”. Add a title, description, price, location and photos – done.
How much does a listing cost?
Registration is free. Without a package purchase, no listing will be published. Our packages: Basic €9.99, Premium €29.99 (5 listings) or Gold €69.99 (15 listings) per month. You choose your package after logging in, under “Membership” in your account.
How do I pay for a package?
Payment is made securely online via our payment provider Stripe. Your card details are processed directly by Stripe.
How do I make my listing attractive?
Use at least 8–10 bright, sharp photos, a clear title (e.g. “2-bedroom apartment with sea view in Durrës”), an exact price, the size in m² and the correct address. Complete listings receive significantly more enquiries.
How do I edit or delete my listing?
Log in and open the overview of your listings in your account. There you can edit, deactivate or delete each listing.
Safety & Account
How do I protect myself from fraud?
Never transfer money (e.g. a deposit or reservation fee) before you have viewed the property and met the advertiser in person. Be careful with unusually low prices. Report suspicious listings to info@estatedeal24.com.
I forgot my password – what now?
Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link.
