This privacy policy applies to the website www.estatedeal24.com and all related services. It explains which personal data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have. We comply with the data protection law of North Macedonia, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and – where applicable – the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We process data to perform a contract, on the basis of your consent, to comply with legal obligations and on the basis of legitimate interests, such as the secure operation of the platform (where applicable: Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR).
Listings are public. All information you publish in a listing – including phone number or email address – can be seen by all visitors. Please only publish data that may be public.
Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. for login, language settings and your cookie choice) are required for operation. All other cookies – in particular for statistics – are only set with your consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie icon at the bottom left.
We do not sell personal data. We only share data with the service providers listed above, with advertisers (when you contact them) and with authorities where required by law. Some providers are based in the USA. Transfers are based on the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
We only store data for as long as necessary for the respective purpose: account data until your account is deleted, listings until they are deleted, and payment and accounting data in accordance with statutory retention obligations.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and passwords are stored encrypted.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. Please write to info@estatedeal24.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority – in North Macedonia with the Personal Data Protection Agency, in Switzerland with the FDPIC and in the EU with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

EstateDeal24 provides an online platform for property listings. We are not a real estate agent and not a party to contracts between advertisers and interested parties.
A user account is required to publish listings. Users must provide true and complete information and keep their login details secret.
Users are responsible for their own listings. In particular, listings that are false or misleading, violate applicable law or infringe the rights of third parties are not permitted. EstateDeal24 may remove such listings without notice.
Without a package purchase, no listing will be published. We offer the following packages:
Packages can be purchased for 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. The prices shown on the platform at the time of purchase apply.
Payment is made in advance by credit card via Stripe. We do not store full card details.
A package starts when payment is received and runs for the selected period. It does not renew automatically and ends without cancellation.
Amounts already paid are not refunded unless required by law.
We strive for the most uninterrupted availability possible but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance work may cause short interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, EstateDeal24 is not liable for the content of listings, for contracts between users or for damages arising from the use of the platform. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
In the event of violations of these terms, we may remove content, block accounts and terminate services without refund.
We may change these terms at any time. For packages already purchased, the terms valid at the time of purchase apply.
The law of the Republic of North Macedonia applies. Place of jurisdiction is Tetovo, North Macedonia, unless otherwise required by law.
